The Table below will help structure your week depending on how many sessions you are able to participate in each week. 
At BMF we recommend that you undertake the following sessions 

  • 3 Sessions Per week 2x Strength 1 x CV
  • 4 Sessions Per Week 2 x Strength 2 x CV 
  • 4 sessions Per Week 2 x Strength 3 X CV
