Congratulations on completing the physical assessments at Assessment Centre and making the decision to join the Army Prep platform.
You’re now well on your way to joining the Army. Over the coming months you’ll be given a joining date to start Basic Training but before then there is a period of time where you may be wondering ‘What should I do now?’
Our Army Prep platform has got you covered and to help you maintain your fitness, learn more about life in the Army and what happens in Basic Training we have all of the support you'll need right here.
The Table below will help structure your week depending on how many sessions you are able to participate in each week.
At BMF we recommend that you undertake the following sessions
- 3 Sessions Per week 2x Strength 1 x CV
- 4 Sessions Per Week 2 x Strength 2 x CV
- 5 sessions Per Week 2 x Strength 3 X CV
